Mülakatlar bu otelin değerli en üst düzey müdürleri tarafından yapılacak olup ingilizce seviyesi başvuru yapılan departman için değişmekle birlikte mutfak departmanında minimum A2 seviyesinde konuşabiliyor olmak yeterli olabilirken diğer departmanlarda yabancı misafirlerle sorunsuz iletişim kurabiliyor olacak düzeyde en az B1 seviyesinde olmalıdır.
