My client has an expanding portfolio of work across the Middle East, we are seeking an experienced Structural Lead Design Associates to work on major projects, based in the Kuwait studio. The opportunity will involve taking a leading role in the Design process from Concept work across sectors and in all regions of activity.
Enhancing the design standard of the office for projects at all design stages through ongoing review and critique, mentoring staff and liaising with other in-house and external professions to develop the design information. Project management, design leadership & co-ordination of specific projects or project elements.
Degree in Structural Engineering IStructE
10 years Industry experience with a leading International Consulting firm
Major project experience Internationally.
Have an outgoing personality, business minded and focused and well as technically excellent, highly presentable and articulate. We are looking for those who bring flare and passion the role and desire to innovate.
