Dear all, We are looking for Head of Continuous Improvement Deployment. (Expat position) Job location: Atyrau 5/2 Qualification & Experience Requirements: • Technical university degree • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in oil and gas companies or other technical industries i.e. manufacturing • Resource must be experienced in setting up and supporting CI deployments in large organizations (programmatic and cultural). • The resource must be able to coach senior leaders while they develop CI skills and ways of working. • Must have experience with on the ground coaching of project teams. • Experienced Lean Master or certified Six Sigma BB (minimum) • Well-developed coaching skills of senior managers and process workers Standard CI Job Descriptions v1.0 – CI Center of Expertise  • Has Kaizen Facilitation experience • Must have some experience of implementing Standard Work for leaders  Candidates with relevant experience are welcome send their CVs to recruitment.kz@expertise.it indicating subject in line position applying for.
