JOB OPPORTUNITY Position title: Construction Manager Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline preferred; commensurate experience in construction projects including experience in planning, designing, and constructing water or wastewater treatment and/or conveyance facilities will be considered; • 4-8 years of relevant experience as a Construction Manager; • Must have experience with High-rise buildings; • Ability to understand complex contract documents and technical processes; • Proficient of local/regional codes and ordinances, reading/interpreting construction documents and contracts; • Ability & willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays with short notice; • Proficiency in AutoCAD; • Must have the ability to thrive in a team environment; • Must be proficient with MS Office Suite.
