currently looking for a suitable candidates for our group Facilities Management company in Dubai, UAE. HVAC Engineer HVAC Technician Electrical Technician Plumbing Technician Swimming Pool Technician Requirements: For HVAC Engineer 1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, 2. Develop proposals, estimates, generate PPM for MEP systems and bids. 3. Perform reviews to establish feasibility and quality of installation, space and maintenance needs. 4. UAE driving license is a must. 5. Minimum 3 years experienced working in Facilities Management. For Technicians 1. Associate Degree or Technical Trade Certificate. 2. Can able to work independently with minimum supervision 3. Can able to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repairs associated building/residential MEP equipments. 4.
