My client requires, candidates to be degree qualified and posses a minimum of 20 years experience within Contracts Administration and Management, Construction Claim Management including conflict avoidance / management and dispute resolution procedure etc. Experience in delay claims, extension of time claims, dispute resolution and knowledge of local arbitration laws is also needed.
