Director – Carbon Transformation / ESG

You will be Director responsible for the delivery of the Carbon Transformation/ ESG route map in agreement the Managing Director & Operations Director within a multi-disciplinary environment. To achieve the plan, you will be responsible for the co-ordination of resources and capability and liaise with them to define market and client development strategies.
You will help clients align their policies and processes to national Net Zero legislation, and local planning policy, helping them understand what it means for them, and how to ensure that current and future projects meet these objectives.
As such you will be comfortable and experienced dealing with built environment clients at a senior level, embedding carbon and energy management within design and delivery activities and help them understand best practice through liaising with technical experts, translating technical principles etc.
You will have detailed knowledge of key methodologies associated with energy and carbon reduction in the built environment and broader sustainability and a track record of working with asset owners and managers, especially estate/facilities managers.
