For the QHSE manager they need someone with the following skills
Educated-
Engg degree/diploma etc or graduate with adequate hands on field

Experience – Nebosh or equivalent Diploma
Fluent in written and spoken English
Trainer the Trainer skills
Lead Auditor trained
Having sufficient experience in managing HSE of drilling/workover/ service company activities
Willing to be flexible to change and adapt/incorporate new suitable systems
Well versed in HSE management systems, Quality management systems, Risk management etc.
Familiar with various types of investigation methods like bow tie, Fishbone, taproot etc\
