My client is an International PQS / Cost Consultancy firm with a number of new project awards and more pending. The Quantity Surveyor and Senior QS posts will focus on the Post contract aspects of Hospitality related projects.

The role will cover the Post commercial cost management:
Standard Payments
Cost Reports and monthly financial reporting
Monitor costs against budget
Valuation and agreement of costs of variations
Preparation and settlement of the Final Account and variations.

The Requirements are:
Must be Muslim as the roles are based in Makkah
Degree in Quantity Surveying.
MRICS IDEALLY. But not essential
Up to 8 years’ experience for QS level
8 to 12 years’ experience for Senior QS Level
Candidates must be in KSA currently with transferable Iqama
Must have Hotel Related experience in the GCC.
Minimum 4 years in the GCC.

Salary level for QS up to 8 years is 18K -23K SAR per month, plus healthcare, flights. Single status preferred as this will be onsite.
Salary level for SQS (8-12) years ex, is 25K -33K SAR per month, plus healthcare, flights, single status preferred
