The position is for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for managing their Residential (including Affordable, Private, Care and Extra Care) Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services in Manchester, Greater Manchester, and the North West.
Your initial focus will be the production and management of a 3 year divisional business plan and associated updates with specific responsibility, in conjunction with other divisions, for the development of the Manchester Office and specifically the Residential Sector, including networking and marketing activity to deliver in line with that plan.
An MRICS Quantity Surveyor you will have professional experience in the public, private and Care sub sectors of the Residential sector, especially detailed Employer’s Agent experience working with Registered Providers.
A work winner with the skills and attributes to develop new and repeat business and experience of extra Care projects, Affordable and Mixed Tenure Housing/Apartment schemes, and PRS/Rent to Build experience.
