My Client, an established project and cost management consultancy based in Central London are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their busy London team.
You will run a variety of your own schemes from notable commercial office spaces to high end luxury residential projects for leading clients such as Legal & General, Sky, British Land and The Portman Estate.
You will be MRICS with solid pre and post contract experience delivering a high level Cost Management service to the commercial and residential development sectors.
They are looking for a keen and ambitious Quantity Surveyor who will be proactive and is capable of fronting into Clients and working on schemes in excess of £100m.

ELECTRICAL PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

 Candidate must be familiar with the components provided in MCC.
 Candidate must be familiar with Contactor, Isolator & Circuit Breaker.
 Candidate must have experience in Protection systems.
 Candidate must have knowledge in maintenance of HV VCB.
 Knowledge of reading the Single line diagrams of Electrical circuits.
 Candidate must have experience in maintenance of Motor.
 Must have knowledge working in LIVE system.
 Follow plant safety standards and procedures. Be familiar with typical
petrochemical plant safety hazards.
 Follow standard maintenance procedures.
 Follow manufactures troubleshooting and maintenance procedures. Correctly
use and care for test and calibration equipment.
 Implement good housekeeping practices.
 Use standard instrument to measure voltage, amperage, speed, rotation and
vibration.
 Troubleshoot and repair ground faults.
 Replacement of bearings and seals, installation of motor and connection of
starters and circuits.
 Maintenance of battery standby systems (UPS) and inverters.
