The position is for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for managing the Residential (including Affordable, Private, Care and Extra Care) Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services in Manchester, Greater Manchester, and the North West.
An MRICS Quantity Surveyor you will have professional experience in the public, private and Care sub sectors of the Residential sector, especially detailed Employer’s Agent experience working with Registered Providers.
A work winner with the skills and attributes to develop new and repeat business and experience of extra Care projects, Affordable and Mixed Tenure Housing/Apartment schemes, and PRS/Rent to Build experience.
