15 (fifteen) years of experience of which:
- at least 8 (eight) years have been spent acting in a senior managerial position on similar major highway and/or major bridge/tunnel construction.
- at least 5 (five) years have been spent working internationally in a senior managerial position supervising the works on highway and/or bridge/tunnel projects.
Experience in Eastern Europe or in other locations with similar characteristics will be considered as an advantage.
