URGENT: Senior Project Manager: Muscat Airport Project
Package: 5,000 OMR per month (Equivalent of $13K USD TAX FREE) + Site Vehicle + Healthcare + Tickets
Contract Duration: 12-24 Months
Candidates must have AIRPORT and or INDUSTRIAL BUILDING Project Experience.
Value of the project is close to 450 MIL USD.
A significant part of a development program to further stimulate economic growth, the new Muscat International Airport will serve as the primary gateway to the thriving Sultanate of Oman. This program includes a state-of-the-art cargo center for Oman Air. Our client is providing upfront design services for this complex facility, from programming and planning through development of the tender documents for design-build contractor procurement.
Working closely with project stakeholders to conceptualize an efficient facility capable of handling increased traffic that holds high safety standards, advances employee productivity, and permits flexibility for future expansion.
Responsibilities:
• To be the single point of contact for the PMC
Qualifications:
• Degree in construction (Civil or MEP)
