Opportunity for Build Project Managers - Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Delivery of Major Build Project in the UAE, to 50K AED per month, plus Healthcare and Flights. UAE Based.
The appointment is to work within the Lead Construction PMC (Project Management Consultancy) structure and support the Project Lead/ Director in the post contract delivery of this landmark development.
Role of Project Management services PMC from Design and Technical onsite delivery oversight, Construction Management and Programme Monitoring. Key package role on the project and accountable for the team management all site programmed activity, HSE, Quality, Contractor oversight, planning, stakeholder management, commercial oversight and client interface.
To qualify you will need to be doing much of the above for 5 years with 15 years total Build experience.
PMC Group / Construction Management Background. Track record of delivery in Construction Developments. Natural and energetic team player. Residing in the UAE.
Salary package is 50 AED per month, + plus healthcare and flights,
