Expat vacancy SC CTP Coordinator, Tengiz, 28/28 Requirement: · Major Capital Project Experience - Has 10-15 years experience in owners’ team of major capital expansion projects in a Systems Completion leadership role with demonstrated ability to manage systems completion planning and execution in a greenfield environment from mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning and support of operations during start-up.
· Demonstrated Job Knowledge and Proficiency - Has demonstrated fluency applying Systems Completion processes on MCP's. Has work experience in at least one function outside of SC. Experience in developing and mentoring National personnel and interfacing closely with Operations on testing and demonstrating performance. · Safety and IIF - Candidate must have demonstrated understanding of Incident and Injury Free (IIF) operations and applied these principles in an operating plant or commissioning and start-up environment.
