KAZAKHSTAN Construction Engineer (Instrumentation/Telecom) Position for expat’s

 Position for expat’s:

We need “Construction Engineer (Instrumentation/Telecom)”

The job holder must have:

Higher Professional Technical Education (Technical/ Industrial HND [Higher National Diploma] as a minimum) in Instrumentation, Telecommunication, Control or related discipline.
At least 5 years of instrumentation and telecom installation and construction experience in complex onshore / offshore oil and gas projects.
Experience on large integrated projects involving shop drawings and discipline completion package preparation and verification is essential.
Demonstrated knowledge and ability to utilize basic software and demonstrated knowledge and experience in relevant design standards and codes.
Experience at managing safety within area of responsibility
Previous experience in Caspian Area would be an advantage
Ability to work with international staff and mentor local staff
High level of computer literacy
Proactive approach to the decision making process
