Job Location: Amman, Jordan

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
CCNA or CCDA is a must
3-5 years of relevant experience
Proven experience in Change Management and Release Management
Knowledgeable of Fault & Incident Management
Excellent English and communication skills
ITIL V3 & Service Desk is a plus
Job Function:
Monitor Faults and Alarms using NOC Fault Management Tools
Monitor calls, emails, messaging tools for faults, queries or other concerns etc.
Raise trouble tickets using customer Incident management system
Perform basic troubleshooting and assist users using simple procedures
Escalate and assign tickets to L2 or L3 teams as needed
Perform Escalation management using established NOC procedures and tools
Perform above tasks within established Front Office / NOC SLAs
Prioritize service request according to importance of emergency
Update customer status of problem resolution as per SLA
Work in a 24x7 duty roster as per shift schedule
Actively maintain vendor SLA and document it
