Work experience (at least 1 project) in a similar position from Customer side or PMC consultant in EPC projects in an oil and gas industry (GPP, GCC, refinery, LNG, GTL, full scale field development, international pipeline systems or other project of similar scope and complexity)
1. Technical Engineering
2. Bachelor degree in management or similar field is minimum requirement; Master degree and or professional accreditation from PMI kind of project management associations preferred;
3. Bachelor degree in engineering or similar field is minimum requirement; Master degree and or professional accreditation from TUV kind of QA/QC-Inspection associations preferred
Total relevant work experience not less than 15 years +
Language skills: English is mandatory Russian is advantageous
