You MUST HAVE:
- At least 20 years’ experience working with Tier 1 EPC contractors on mega civil infrastructure projects with a contract value of at least USD 500 million
- BSc in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar discipline, MRICS, MCIOB
- Able to deal with government claims and arbitration
- GCC experience is a must
- Have a steady career path on your CV
- Able to efficiently lead commercial communications with all stakeholders and effectively control the monthly billing for maintaining healthy cash flow.
- Very good hold on contractual interpretation and application of local laws in favor of contractor.
- Good at comprehending construction logic and assessing time and cost impact due to variations, changes and delay events.
- Track record of proactively identifying the potential claims of subcontractors and mitigating it in time
