We are looking for Technical Services Director based in Baku, Azerbaijan to support ongoing Hotel projects in varied stages of development for immediate placement. The right candidate will: manage and deliver multiple ongoing and future hotel projects starting with initial project reviews, draft property improvement plans, review and advise on design information, visit the project sites regularly to monitor compliance and progress, ensure proper handover to operations and smooth communication between the different project stakeholders.
Qualified candidates will have minimum five years’ experience in Technical Services function for three to five star hotel projects under international hotel brands, covering all aspects of TS, FLS, MEP and operational standards.

- Minimum of 15+ years post graduation experience and must have handled a large AQUARIUM or WATER PARK project
- Must have a solid main contractor background
- Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent
- Must possess strong Leadership and Communication Skills
