GS Sr. Construction Engineer - Pipelines, Tengiz, 28/28
Requirement:
Demonstrated knowledge of construction practices in upstream settings, large and small projects.
Ability to function in a busy, multidiscipline environment.
Demonstrated ability to technical talents of others to resolve issues within FGP, TCO, CVX, and/or other oil company
Well organized, results focused approach.
Experience working in Kazakhstan preferred

Requirement:
* Minimum 15yrs experience in the oil and gas industry
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business
* Development of project contracting procedures
* Interfaces with key internal and external stakeholders in the project and business unit; establishing close working relationships within TCO – Supply Chain Management and with peers in functional support groups;
* Coordination of project contracting activities including compliance with TCO policies and procedures, development of contracting strategies, bid evaluation and analysis and the negotiation and award of service and construction contracts as required.
