I am looking to speak to Development Managers with vast hospitality project experience in the UAE.
Ideal candidates will have managed multiple hospitality projects at once, and have delivered a Project from Concept Design through to handover.
Along with this, mixed use and residential community experience is required.
Package will be a maximum of 45k all in.

Requirement:
A minimum of 10+ years of experience with a proven ability to work within Client team
* Recent and relevant hands-on experience with commissioning of High-Pressure injection compressor
* Relevant experience in setting-up anti-urge controller
* Capable of troubleshooting compressors first hand
* Experience in past Major Capital Project in leadership position
* Substantial experience with GE and Nuovo Pignone equipment
* High critical thinking/reasoning ability
* Effective communication skills, English both verbal and written essential
In-depth understanding of Commissioning and Start-up sequence fishbone diagram, SC turnover strategies, and transition management plan for each project
* Strong organizational skills
* Previous experience with client / contractor interfaces
