Millwright / Industrial Mechanic.
Wages : Starting hourly salary range $30 per hour +Benefits.

Requirements:
Industrial Mechanic / Millwright Trade Certificate
3-year hands-on experience as an industrial mechanic in
an induction melting foundry
Mechanical, hydraulic and electrical (3 years)
Some experience in the metal industry will be considered an asset.
• Maintain facility and equipment by performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance and repair on the plant equipment and facilities
• Repair of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical
• Responsible for equipment installation / tear down.
• Start-up, shut-down and testing of new or repaired equipment
• Responsible for assessing safety of equipment and lck-out procedures
• Diagnose preventative and resolve equipment failures
• Troubleshooting, replacing and /or repairing machine components including cylinders, pumps, motors, spindles, fixtures, slides valves, gears
• Performing welding, sheet metal fabricating
• Complete daily logs and reports for maintenance.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs and ensure certifications are up to date.
• Perform Forklift inspections and certifications.
