Requirement:
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience working within Information Management in an Oil and gas project environment.
• Understanding of the challenges in collecting, delivering and maintaining Asset Information within an MCP and Base Business and a proven track record of overcoming them.
• Experience developing MCP IM execution strategies and processes
• Knowledge of Information Management Systems used for collecting and storing information (experience of eB, Documentum, AVEVA Engineering an advantage)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain trusting relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Experience of data manipulation, transformation and mapping (SQL Server knowledge an advantage)
• Previous experience of the Construction, Commissioning, Transition and Closeout phases of MCPs
• In depth knowledge of Engineering concepts and the Asset Data processes needed to support Engineering delivery

Requirement:
Education in relevant field Trade School / College - Diploma or higher in Business or supply chain management is desirable
At least 6-10 years of experience in Materials Management roles related to the Oil & Gas industry. Technical/major capital project experience desirable.
English (level 3+ and higher) – Kazakh and/or Russian is highly desirable
Previous experience with supply chain / materials management software applications. Proficient with most Microsoft Office based applications and shared document management systems.
