We are looking for “Human Resources Executive” for our customer who is growing in Engineering field and located in Moscow, Russia. About Your Role: • Working closely with the Business Development Director and working in coordination with the Deparment Chiefs • Supervising staff on the construction site • Managing the visa and patent status of the employees • Managing to prepare work contracts • Ensuring that all official documents of the employees are archived regularly • Improving HR strategies and initiatives • Managing the categorization and descriptions of job positions • Carrying out recruitment processes, orientations and education programs of the employees • Tracking the performance of the employees • Conducting ERP system workloads About You: • Having a bachelor degree in Engineering,Economics, Business Administration or Psychology from a reputable university • Having MBA degree or Master’s degree in Management (must) • Excellent command of English; Knowledge of Russian is a plus • Experience in HR and Administrative Affairs for 3-4 years • Knowledge of using ERP programs • Being used to work in hierachial system • Strong leadership skills • Strong time management under stress and limitations Apply by: kariyer@cgd.com.tr
