We are looking for “Operation Executive” for our customer who is growing in Engineering field and located in Moscow, Russia. About Your Role: • Working closely with the Business Development Director and working in coordination with the Deparment Chiefs • Managing and controlling all the units during mobilization process • Managing and coordinating required units for daily operation • Managing operational adjustments in case of unexpected problems • Providing advices and suggestions for the problems • Leading to operation staff • Preparing operation reports and reporting to the related departments • Making business plans and developments in the areas both where the company works and does not work • Conducting ERP system workloads and helping to improve the system About You: • Having a bachelor degree in Engineering from a reputable university • Having MBA degree or Master’s degree in Management (must) • Excellent command of English (both written and oral) ; Knowledge of Russian is a plus • Experience in operation for 2-5 years • Knowledge of using ERP programs • Being used to work in hierachial system • Strong management skills • Strong time management under stress Apply by: kariyer@cgd.com.tr
