Piping-Welding Inspector - PAR, Tengiz, 28/28
Requirement:
· Minimum of five years in a quality related position with hands on fabrication and weld inspection experience.
· CWI or CSWIP 3.1 welding inspection qualification
· Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
· Capable of reading and understanding NDT and engineering specification.
· Good level of physical fitness capable of working at heights and restricted access locations.
· Computer literate.
· Good team player, strong inter-personal skills.
· Good communication skills at all levels, written and verbal. Should be able to read write and speak English language
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
· Good knowledge of welding processes, layout and fitting, base metals, filler metals, heat treatment, weld testing, and fabrication planning is required.
· Good knowledge of welding inspection and related NDE methods (MT, PT, UT, and RT)
· Good knowledge of codes such as ANSI-B-31.3

Main requirements:
• Higher education Degree or Diploma in related fields of HSE, Environmental Studies as well as Food Science & Public Health from a recognized institute.
• Extensive experience in Food Safety is a prerequisite.
• Experience and knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, OSHAS 18001, HACCP and ISO 14001 standards.
• More than 5 years’ experience in HSE
• Computer literate and competent in MS products such as; Excel, Word, Access, Project, Visio and etc.
• Skills in report writing, presentations and training.
• Good communication skills
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to deliver training & HSE education programmes
