Dubai Mechanical Supervisor

 Mechanical Supervisor

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

•  Coordinate arrangements between Key personnel and subcontractors to provide appropriate worksite access to all parties
•  Supervise and oversee the day-to-day mechanical activities.
•   Monitor and report to the Construction Manager/ Workshop Supervisor of project details, including progress, risks, and opportunities in a timely manner.
•  Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope, and drawings are documented.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
•  Coordinate and communicate with head office (Dubai) engineering team for any technical queries and provide site feedback.
• Adhere to Safety Standards and promote safety culture amongst the workforce.
• An Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
•  A minimum of 8 yrs experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in the Oil & Gas Industry.
• Experience with Reciprocating compressors, piping design, and vessels design is an advantage.
•  Must have Direct Construction work experience.
•   Ability to supervise all indirect and direct manpower on-site and deliver the planned progress.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
