A VİTAMİNİ

Vücudun enfeksiyonlara karşı direncini arttıran ve hücre yenilenmesini sağlayan A vitamini yeşil sebzeler, domates, tahıllar, bitkisel yağlar, havuç, lahana, bal ve kuruyemişler de bol bulunuyor.

Eksikliğinde görme bozuklukları, yüksek tansiyon, saçta ve tırnaklarda kırılmalar, ciltte kuruma, halsizlik ve enfeksiyonlara karşı dirençsizlik görülebiliyor.

B1 VİTAMİNİ

Sinir sisteminin sağlığını korumada önemli bir rol oynuyor. Kan dolaşımını düzene sokuyor. Peynir, yumurta, balık ve tahıllarda bol miktarda bulunuyor.

B1 vitamini eksikliği sinir ve dolaşım sistemi rahatsızlıkları, sindirim sistemi bozuklukları ve yorgunluğa sebep olabiliyor.

B6 VİTAMİNİ

Kan hücreleri üretimini sağlıyor. Kalbi güçlendiriyor, böbreklerin düzenli çalışmasına ve kolesterolün düşmesine yardımcı oluyor. Vücudun bağışıklık sistemini güçlendiriyor. Yumurta, tavuk, havuç ve yeşil yapraklı sebzelerde bulunuyor.

Eksikliğinde böbrek taşları, sinir sistemi hastalıkları, kansızlık ve halsizlik görülüyor

B12 VİTAMİNİ

D vitamini eksikliğinde raşitizm hastalığı, çocuklarda büyüme bozuklukları, diş çürümeleri ve diş eti hastalıkları, ilerleyen yaşlarda kemiklerde deformasyon görülebiliyor.

E VİTAMİNİ

Antioksidan özelliği sayesinde kansere karşı doğal bir koruyucu görevi görüyor. Hücrelerin kendini yenilemesini sağlayarak yaşlanmayı geciktiriyor. Sağlıklı bir cinsel yaşam için de önemli olan E vitamini bitkisel yağlar, tahıllar, badem, ceviz, ayçekirdeği ve koyu yeşil yapraklı sebzelerde bol miktarda bulunuyor.

Yeterli E vitamini almayanlar daha erken yaşlanabiliyor. Ayrıca kısırlık, iktidarsızlık gibi çeşitli cinsel rahatsızlıklara rastlanma olasılığı da artıyor.

K VİTAMİNİ

Yaralanmalarda kanın pıhtışmasını sağlayarak, fazla miktarda kan kaybı olmasını engelliyor. İçerdiği antioksidan maddelerle vücudu kansere karşı koruyor. Hücre yenilenmesini sağlıyor. Kemik yapısını da güçlendiren K vitamini karnabahar, lahana, brokoli ve brüksel lahanası gibi sebzelerde bulunuyor.

Eksikliğinde vücudun bağışıklık sistemi zayıf düşerek hastalıklara yakalanması kolaylaşıyor. Kesikler ve yaralar daha geç iyileşiyor. Vücudun daha erken yaşlanmasına sebep olabiliyor.
