Urgently Looking for : Contract Specialist for an O&G Operating Company in Qatar for 12 months contract with possible extension. Candidates must have at least 15 years experience in the area of contracting, scheduling and project controls with a minimum of 5 years in leadership positions in an Offshore Project. He/She must have a minimum five years experience associated with engineering, procurement and construction of onshore facilities. Hands on experience in interrogating SmartPlant databases for Contractors Estimate validation and guide contractor to develop high-level modularized cost components. Demonstrated experience in Brownfield Project execution and specific vulnerabilities associated with Cost and Schedule drivers.  Only candidates who has been involved in EPC project worth 10M USD and above.  Deadline of submission is on 18th of  July 2018.
