Cost Control Analyst, Atyrau
Requirement:
· Invoice processing, ensuring all relevant documents per contract terms are attached otherwise rejecting and sending back to the Contractor.
· Control of commitments against approved budget lines.
· Ensuring correct allocation of approved commitments, accruals and expenditures.· Handling the interface of transactions from ARIBA and JDE E1 into the cost
control database (KCM). He / she is also responsible for ensuring that the systems are aligned and reconciled.
· Liaising with contract and planning functions to establish VOWD, cost forecasts, and phasing.
· Providing accurate and timely project cost reports, verifying cost performance against schedule, and identifying areas of potential budget or AFE overrun requiring corrective action.
· Providing assistance to the group in areas such as financial analysis and adhoc reporting.
· Familiar with capabilities of each system / software package in use including
Kildrummy Cost Manager, JDE E1, ARIBA and Microsoft Office applications.
