-The main purpose of this job is to control and coordinate all labour camp related activities within the camp premises acting as a facilitator between the service requestor and the camp administration, services providers and maintenance providers, overseeing camp residents and employees related issues and monitoring camp facilities utilization. -Also responsible to plan laborers distribution and to follow up on related performance, overseeing laborers well-being ensuring abidance by set safety, health and hygiene regulations and to control / supervise the labor dispatch process, update the labor dispatch log sheet, and prepare the monthly payroll reports as well as other related reports.
