Opportunity for Build/ Construction Project Management Consultancy PMC - Project Directors Bahrain & Kuwait City Delivery of Major Build Project in both locations running up to around $3B USD Project Values. The appointment is to work within the Lead Consultants and be responsible for the post contract delivery of these landmark developments. The role will Direct and Lead from Design and Technical onsite delivery oversight, Construction Management and Programme Monitoring. Key package role on the project and accountable for the team management all site programmed activity, HSE, Quality, Contractor oversight, planning, stakeholder management, commercial oversight and client/ stakeholder interface. To qualify you will need to be doing much of the above for 10 years with 15 - 20 years total Build experience. You will need top level PMC Group / Construction Management Background with at least 4/10 years with one of the Top ranked Project Management PMC and Engineering Firms Globally. Track record of delivery in high value Construction Developments of a mixed use nature with key packages in Retail Malls/ Hospitality/ Residential Marina Living. Leisure.
