Opportunity for Project Directors - Project Management Supervision/ Delivery of major Build Developments in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait City. Salary package is to up to $17K - $19K USD Plus Benefits, Relocation and Bonus. My client is looking to appoint at Project Director level into their operation and work on the On-Site Design and Supervision for multi billion$USD masterplan developments covering Residential, Marina Areas, Malls, Branded Hotels, and Leisure/ Tourism Destinations for the Red Sea KSA and Kuwait. Project Management services from Design and Technical oversight, Construction Development and Programme Delivery. Role reporting to the Ops Director and accountable for the team management all site programmed activity, planning, stakeholder management, commercial oversight and client interface. To qualify you will need 15+ years within either Project Management Consultancies/ Architectural/ Engineering Consultancies as Design and Project Supervision for PMC. Strong track record of delivery in Construction New Build for major Mixed Use Developments. Natural and energetic team player.
