Azerbaycan Engineering Department Manager

We are looking for a 'Engineering Department Manager” for our customer in Baku, Azerbaijan which operates in the field of Oil and Petrolium. Candidates should demonstrate: • Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering • 10+ years engineering experience for power plant / industrial design projects in management role • Strong technical background in an engineering contracting environment. The understanding of the technical requirements of the project and guiding to apply this into the project • Must have general knowledge in all disciplines related to design • Fluent in English both verbal and written • Flexible, analytic, quality driven and able to function independently but also in a project team JOB DESCRIPTION • Reports directly General Manager • Serve as an interface between the field execution department and Engineering Consultant / Company • Play an active role in the development and completion of Engineering team • Responsible for the day to day supervision and coordination of engineering and design team (in house or / subcontactor) assigned to the project • Lead & coordinate design teams Communication with project management, subcontractors, client according to the project needs Apply by: kariyer@cgd.com.tr
