Dubai Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager, Dubai Key Qualifications for this Position include: A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or eqv) from an accredited university with minimum twelve years (12) Engineering Management experience in Oil, Gas and Refinery EPCC Projects Experience in midscale Oil, Gas and Refinery EPCC Projects and working with major IOC Has clearly demonstrated engineering and project management competence leading teams of at least fifty (50) engineers. Ability to work in multicultural environment Strong Knowledge of Relevant industry Codes and Standards (API, ANSI, NFPA, ASME, ISO etc). Demonstrated interpersonal/team building skills Job Description Manages and train engineering team and coordinates activities of engineering department to complete engineering deliverables. Team of engineers will be multi-disciplined Provides planning, direction, and coordination for all technical activities while achieving optimum use of personnel. Administers personnel functions including recruiting, hiring, review and approval of job descriptions, selection and placement of personnel and performance evaluations.
