**GREATER TORONTO AREA** I’m looking for a Senior Highway Engineer to take on a leadership role with a mid-sized local firm.
This position will be tasked with growing the firm from the smaller work they currently do into a multi-disciplinary engineering firm taking on major highway projects and becoming the go-to, full-service provider for Tier 1 contractors – this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with drive, determination, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Opportunities to grow a team like this don’t come around every day!
To succeed in this role, you’ll be a P.Eng with 10+ years of experience, have MTO experience (at least 3 projects), be able to win new business/bring business with you, be able to lead teams, have a strong technical background, and having RAQS experience will make you stand out!
Salary will depend on experience but can range from $120k to $200k depending on what you bring. You can be office based or work from home if you want to get rid of your commute.
