Chef for Asian Restaurant – Luxury Resort Bora Bora
We are looking for a talented Wok specialist to join the team of the Asian Restaurant in this Luxury Resort.
You will be in charge of
- Offering an innovative and varied Wok menu
- Offering guests an excellent culinary experience.
- Select simple yet exceptional products at all time
- Ensure safety and hygiene
- Provide training to the team
What we are looking for in our Head Chef?
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Sous Chef or currently a Chef De Cuisine in an international hotels or top quality a la carte Asian restaurant
- Able to create exceptional Modern Asian cuisine with a twist
- Dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate about your work,
- Good kitchen manager who is able to manage costs, without compromising on food quality
- Excellent planning and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- English oral and written communication
Salary Package Offered:
Basic €2500 – 2680 per month plus free accommodation, meals, flights and other standard benefits
