Are you an experienced wind professional looking for an exciting new challenge? If so we have an amazing opportunity at an industry leader for a Resource Team Lead, managing the external recruitment of blue collar personnel.
The Role:
- Liaising with external suppliers you will work within a specialist team to co-ordinate the recruitment of vital personnel across the business on a global scale.
What you need:
- At least 5 years experience working in a technical role at a WTG OEM (Senior Technician / Supervisor / Site Manager etc)
- Experience in people management and leadership
- Knowledge of the recruitment process
- Strong business and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
