A highly energetic and enthusiastic Chef De Cuisine is urgently required for a High-end Restaurant Group for one of their successful theme concept Restaurants in Hong Kong. A solid grounding in International cuisine is a must. Would suit an individual who travels a single/married status that seeks to gain expatriate experience while developing his/her own career. Direct interaction with guests will form part of the job specification so the successful candidate needs to be outgoing and personable.
The Chef shall need to demonstrate a background in quality and high-end cuisine at high-end restaurant operations. He/She must be highly competent and be able to showcase refined cuisine that will be part of a multi-cuisine restaurant company.
