JAPAN PIPING MATERIAL ENGINEER (Russian Speaker)

Our client is leading international EPC company in the field of Oil, Gas, Renewable Energy and Infrastructure urgently in need of PIPING MATERIAL ENGINEER (Russian Speaker) to work in Japan for 1 year contract but subject to extension.

Requirements:
- Good Russian and English communication skills
Complete the work as a Piping Material Engineer for oil refinery projects applying Russian Standards (e.g. GOST Standards and Russian Regulations).:
- Check and review ITB documents
- Prepare/ check and issue piping material specifications (piping classes)
- Prepare/ check and issue piping material wall thickness calculation sheets
- Prepare/check and issue piping material requisitions
- Prepare/check and issue data sheets for piping material special components
- Prepare/check and issue technical evaluation reports for piping material vendor’s proposals
- Check and review vendor documents for piping materials
- Coordinate and/or negotiate with clients, vendors and other discipline engineers
- Experience as piping material engineering in EPC firms
