We are looking for Learning and Development Manager for oil and gas company.

The main requirements are below:

- Bachelor degree in Business, Psychology, Management or a related field;
- Experience with ERP systems related with L&D (preferably experience in implementation of ERP system);
- Ability to focus on critical issues, balance competing priorities and balance multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
- Proven experience as an L&D manager or organizational development manager;
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods;
- Project management and organizational skills;
- Excellent relationship building, interpersonal and influence skills with clients and colleagues;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Demonstrates strong business acumen and a track record of success in partnering with business leaders;
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors.
