Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

Requirements:
-At least 3 years of experience in the HR field;
-A degree or qualification in Human Resources Management or in a similar discipline;
-Knowledge of labor law (Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan);
-Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts;
-Preparation and signing of labor contracts;
-Supervises recruitment process, interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and ethics;
-Supervises benefits programs such as life, health insurance; vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance;
-Strong problem solving, active listening skills, organizational and time management skills;
-Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with staff at all organizational levels;
-Intermediate level of English and good knowledge of Russian;
-Good communication, writing and time management skills;
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products;
