ASSET MANAGER – HOTEL GROUP
HQ based in London
European portfolio
Salary: up to £100k basic – depending on experience
Your mission will be to oversee the European portfolio of existing hotels to ensure best performance as well as be a part of the group development looking at new property acquisitions.
Requirements – Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge
Possess Bachelor’s degree in courses such as hospitality, business, or finance.
Extensive track record in the industry
Experience of hotel operations at a senior level, preferably within an International Brand
Profound knowledge of property-level financial statements and commercial experience
