 Contract Manager is required for working in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (relocation)

Requirements:

work experience as Contracts Manager.
Fluent English
higher professional education in the field of management (logistics and supply chain management) / economics / finance / law and additional training in the field of supply chain management (hereinafter - SCM);
at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Fundamentals of current international and Russian legislation in terms of his / her responsibilities.
Effective negotiation methods.
Features of the conclusion of contracts under Russian and English law, methods of optimization of contracts, settlement of losses.
The process of measuring the performance of contractors and suppliers.
Market analysis and cost modeling methods.
