Knowledge and Skill requirements:
• Complete skill training requirements demonstrating competence in: one-on-one coaching, facilitation, computer project management, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree (usually business or Engineering)
• Significant (7 years or greater) management and leadership experience
• Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt Certification
• Professional Project Management Training, CAPM®
• Fluent Written and Spoken in English and Russian
• Prior experience working on international assignments.
• Willing to rotate to different countries and cultures or to relocate for a fixed period
