Location: London, UK
Salary: Up to £75,000 plus bonus on completion
12 months fixed contract (possibility of becoming permanent)
Opening planned for Q3 2021 – Q1 2022
Ideal Background: Luxury and high-end from Hotel/Resort, Residential, Student Accommodation, Village type concepts.
The position is a key role for the group as its key mission is to ensure exceptionally high service standards across the property. You will champion this new opening in driving the schedule and plan in support of the business owner's expectations.
You will be key in the implementation of the project, procedures, and SOPs, development of the partner's relationships, and SLAs for the smooth running of the operations all with a focus on providing the highest customer journey and satisfaction.
