We're currently actively looking for IT Manager role for one of Projects to Almaty 5/2

requirements:
High technical education
10 years of experience in IT area
2-3 years of experience in leading positions
English- at least intermediate

Knowledge: Promotes the application of generic and specific bodies of knowledge in own organisation. Has developed business knowledge of the activities and practices of own organisation and those suppliers, partners, competitors and clients.
Technical : Supply chain management, Database (SQL), ITIL, Project Management, Agile
Management:
Take full responsibility for the definition, documentation, and successful completion of complex projects.
Adopts and adapts project management methods and tools, selecting appropriately from plan-driven/predictive approaches or more adaptive (iterative and agile) approaches.
Ensure that effective project control, risk management and testing processes are maintained.
Monitors and controls resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget and manages expectations of all project stakeholders.
Relational:
Customer service oriented
Administrative:
Project documentation, planning, financial follow up, presentation.
Activities report to Country Manager and VP IT.
