Currently we are looking for Procurement Manager for Agriculture company.
Location: Head office, Baku

Responsibilities:

·        Develops a centralized procurement program that will add value and efficiency to the organization;
·        Discovers profitable suppliers and initiates procurement partnerships;
·        Performs risk management for supply contracts and agreements;
·        Implements procurement strategies to maintain security of supply and optimum value for money;
·        Provides periodic reporting for management on purchasing, controls and processes.
 
Main Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience (at least 3 years of Supervisory experience);
- Good theoretical and practical knowledge of procurement operations (contract management, biding and tendering, logistics (international, custom clearance);
- Advanced skills in procurement analytics and planning;
- Ability to work under pressure and in short deadlines;
- Ability to work in a team and team management skills;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages;
- Proficient user of MS Office and 1C.
